Chinese Culture

Today you will need to go through the following Google Slide. Pair up with somebody and interpret what these images are telling us about Chinese culture. What is happening in each of the sources that can give us hints about traditions, customs, food and any other cultural aspects of the Chinese?

Then you will need to find at lest 3 more of your own.

2 minutes with your partner, share what you learnt today about Chinese culture.

Cultural Identity

Please complete the following Google Form to share and discuss your cultural identity.

Who Is Inspirational?

There are many people who we may find to be inspiring. They could be well known and famous for a great achievement. They could be older role models like your mother or father. They can even be people within your own community who do wonderful things.

Have a think for a few minutes and write down at least one person you believe to be inspirational. Why are they inspiring? What have they achieved? In what way would you like to emulate their actions or achievements? (5 minutes)

Then compare your answer with the person next to you. (5 minutes)

After this, we will discuss your answers as a whole class. (10 minutes)
